Returns Window
Online orders can be returned within 14 days of receiving your item for an exchange or credit note.
How to Return
- Email us at [elliesboutiquescotlandltd@gmail.com] within 14 days of delivery to request a return
- Wait for return approval and instructions
- Send your item back within 7 days of approval
Important: Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Costs
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit
- If your item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover return costs
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags must remain attached
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and policy reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Earrings and pierced jewellery
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Refunds
- We do not offer refunds for unwanted items
- This does not affect your statutory rights
Credit Notes
- Issued once your return has been received and approved
- Valid for 6 months from the date of issue
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
