We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please review our returns policy below for a smooth and easy process.

Returns Window
Online orders can be returned within 14 days of receiving your item for an exchange or credit note.

How to Return

  1. Email us at [elliesboutiquescotlandltd@gmail.com] within 14 days of delivery to request a return
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions
  3. Send your item back within 7 days of approval

Important: Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Costs

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit
  • If your item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover return costs

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags must remain attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and policy reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Earrings and pierced jewellery
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for unwanted items
  • This does not affect your statutory rights

Credit Notes

  • Issued once your return has been received and approved
  • Valid for 6 months from the date of issue
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash
